School Experience
Background
I was born in Montreal, and have lived here, in the City of LaSalle my whole life!
Interests, Activities, & Plans
For the past 3 years, I have worked part-time as a waitress at Scores.
When I am not in school or working, I like spending time outdoors, running & training for marathons, travelling, hiking, snowshoeing, horseback riding, exploring new places and cultures, and most importantly, teaching and learning!
I also really enjoy spending time with my family and friends!
Upon the completion of my degree at McGill, I would like to travel and teach English in different locations!
My main professional objective is to help students learn a language as well as learn about themselves, their interests, passions, learn about different cultures, and different opportunities that await them. I want to learn from them, and learn about myself while teaching them. I want to try to make a difference in their lives, by inspiring them to follow their dreams, while they also make a difference in mine.
Other Interesting Things
I love nature and I am especially interested in gardening. I love planting and growing flowers and watching nature take its course. I love changing seasons and watching the process happen. I believe in peace, respect, and honesty. Treating others the way you would like to be treated is key. I LOVE quotes. I believe you could learn so much from them. I love hearing different languages and trying to learn new ones!
